Our local base and storage capabilities ensure that we are able to carry extensive stocks of replacement components and provide our customers with the highest quality levels of service and maintenance available in the region. Agreements can be individually tailored to ensure that visits take place during planned maintenance shut-downs; an approach which guarantees minimal disruption to equipment operation.
Customers who enter into a TRAQuE service agreement may also benefit from enhanced warranty levels, a technical helpline, 24 hour callouts and guaranteed response times.

All equipment supplied by TRAQuE will be designed and built to provide many years of safe operation but ongoing maintenance should always be considered an integral part of ensuring interuption free operation. Whether it is recertification of lifting equipment, assesment of containment performance or recalibration of critical instruments TRAQuE's team of local engineers are perfectly placed to provide or support these activities  

Maintain for efficiency

Downtime costs money so should be avoided whenever possible. Our team of local engineers can respond to breakdowns quickly, within 2 hours in most cases, to ensure that equipment is back up and running as quickly as possible. Routine preventative maintenance contracts are also available to minimise the risk of unscheduled downtime.

Local support and storage

Our conveniently located facility means that we are close to our customers and ensures that response times are kept to a minimum and components required during site visits are always available. We are able to maintain spares inventories on behalf of customers if necessary and deliver/install as required.
